As Marketing Director at Roomspace, I built the digital presence for 500+ serviced apartments across Brighton and London. Before that, I grew up in the industry through The Apartment Service - a family business later acquired by Silverdoor.
I founded Website for Bookings, providing digital marketing for the serviced accommodation sector. Over the years I've worked with SA operators, booking agents, and industry bodies including ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers).
This combination - operational understanding plus digital marketing expertise - comes standard with every deal I source. I don't just find properties; I know what makes them perform.
More recently, I've built AI-powered systems for deal analysis and marketing automation - tools that evaluate opportunities faster and more accurately than traditional methods.
