I grew up in corporate housing. Roomspace and The Apartment Service are family businesses - I've been immersed in serviced apartments since before I could spell "occupancy rate."
The Apartment Service was later acquired by Silverdoor, one of the UK's leading serviced apartment booking agencies. As Marketing Director at Roomspace, I built the digital presence for a portfolio of 500+ units. Before that, I held hands-on management roles across London and Brighton properties.
This combination - operational understanding plus digital marketing expertise - is what I bring to every deal I source.
I also founded Website for Bookings, providing digital marketing and booking platforms for the serviced accommodation sector. I built the website for ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers), the UK's leading trade body for serviced apartments.
More recently, I've focused on AI and automation - building intelligent systems for deal analysis, marketing optimization, and property operations.
Today, I own multiple properties in my personal portfolio: HMOs in Brighton, BTLs, and serviced apartments. Estate Plan's focus is deal sourcing - finding off-market opportunities through the UK's largest property networks and direct-to-landlord digital marketing channels. I only recommend deals I'd invest in myself.
